Jennifer is an experienced Non-Executive Director, with industry expertise in real estate, funds management, infrastructure and investment management. She currently serves as Independent Chairman of Dexus Asset Management, overseeing two ASX-listed REITs (DXI and DXC), and is Chairman of Yarra Funds Management.

Jennifer brings over 10 years of corporate board experience and 20 years in executive leadership, including her time as Chief Operating Officer of independent investment bank Greenhill Australia and Co-Founder of financial communications firm Savage & Horrigan (an Ogilvy company). She was previously a Director of ASX-listed A2B, QV Equities and Generation Healthcare and was Chairman of the national children’s cancer charity Redkite.

At MODEL, Jennifer’s commercial insight and expertise in governance will strengthen our mission to deliver environmentally responsible housing built for both long-term liveability and high investor value.

Over the last 25+ years, Phill has earned a strong reputation for leading major construction and infrastructure projects, creating a portfolio of A-grade commercial buildings worth more than $6 billion. A respected voice in the industry, Phill has previously sat on the NSW Property Council Commercial Office Committee. In senior roles at firms including Roberts Co and Savills, he has delivered across commercial, health, education and transport sectors—always with a focus on quality outcomes and stakeholder trust.

Phill’s leadership has guided teams from feasibility through to delivery, in turn creating a portfolio that includes some of Sydney’s most recognisable developments, such as the $1.1 billion Macquarie 50 Martin Place, Martin Place Metro USP, 60 Martin Place, Zurich Tower, and The Concourse at Chatswood.

At MODEL, Phill’s strategic input ensures design and construction excellence is at the heart of every rental home.

Sangeeta is an influential figure in Australia’s finance sector, proven by over 25 years of experience across corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation, investment management and large-scale corporate restructuring and turnarounds.

Before joining MODEL, Sangeeta has held senior positions at major global institutions, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Nomura, and served as the Global Chief Operating Officer of Commonwealth Bank of Australia. She has also co-founded and led innovative financial ventures, such as Human Financial, a superannuation fund designed for women to bridge the gender wealth gap.

Sangeeta is currently the Board Chair at RSL LifeCare—the first woman to hold this position in the organisation’s history. She also serves as Board Chair at Airwallex Australia, and as a Non-Executive Director at Mercer Investments Australia, SW Accountants & Advisors, and Chief Executive Women.

Sangeeta’s strategic insight is integral to MODEL, where she implements scalable financial strategies that align with ambitious sustainability goals and strong investor value.

Dan combines deep consumer insights, communication expertise, and strong commercial real estate experience to shape forward-thinking strategies that transform the rental experience at MODEL.

When it comes to devising innovative solutions that challenge convention, Dan Penny is no stranger. With over 20 years as Founder and Managing Director of Mustard Creative Agency, Dan brings a strategic and creative flair to MODEL, allowing us to understand and answer the needs of our customers and the wider community. Over the years, Dan has also built an extensive commercial property portfolio, making him an astute observer of the ever-changing industry.

Under Dan’s guidance, MODEL is poised to tackle the systematic flaws in the rental and property sectors, offering creative solutions that are long overdue. His unique blend of creative and commercial experience positions MODEL to lead the way in redefining what it means to rent and live well in Australia.
